Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report anomalies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access.
