Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening required by the employer.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, support badge procedures, and document security observations.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while maintaining incident logs.
