This position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a computer/tablet. The pay rate is $19.50 per hour, with a part-time schedule that includes weekday evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard Card/license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols in retail areas and surrounding facilities.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activities or maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs with professionalism.
