Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law; licensing may be required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report access-related concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and complete incident reports.
• Maintain professional communication with property management, tenants and emergency responders.
