Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Applicants subject to background investigations by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, disturbances calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, escorts, and access-control procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate with leadership.
