Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Concord, MA to provide unarmed protection and customer service within a healthcare setting, following site policies and procedures. You will work a fixed shift and may pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Requirements include CPR certification (preferred), being 18+, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors and staff as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to leadership.
