Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as mandated by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law; licensing as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees and visitors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entry points and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor screening and credential verification.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations and notify site contacts or responders.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift handoff communications.
