As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders while reporting observations and responding to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM


• Sat 04:30 AM - 04:00 PM


• Sun 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, office spaces, entry points, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with visitor screening, credential verification, and direction to appropriate areas.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.


• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licencing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
