Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Unarmed Security Officer in Montgomery, AL. You will patrol commercial spaces, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted according to laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, parking, and entrances to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and medical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns.
