Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking lots, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate hazards and security issues to site contacts and leadership.
