Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and observations and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
