Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols in hotel public areas and service corridors to identify unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a visible presence while assisting with access control and directions throughout the hotel location.
• Document patrol activities and incidents accurately per Allied Universal reporting requirements.
