• Maintain a visible presence while assisting with access control and directions throughout the hotel location.
• Document patrol activities and incidents accurately per Allied Universal reporting requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a luxury hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming guest experience. You will communicate professionally with guests and staff, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal's caring, reliable, and innovative culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout hotel public areas, guest-accessible spaces, service corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and escalating matters as needed.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence while assisting with access control, visitor inquiries, and directions throughout the hotel location.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
