Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in security, law enforcement, or military police.
• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; may be required.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements, assisting with visitor management and directing guests as needed.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
