Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with property management, tenants, and emergency responders.
