As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, support compliance with property access procedures, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with property management, tenants, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
