Job summary

Allied Universal in Johnstown, OH is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide customer service, deter incidents, and patrol a commercial real estate site. You will drive a patrol vehicle, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities include routine interior/exterior patrols, monitoring access points, reporting incidents, and coordinating with tenants and emergency responders.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Prepare accurate reports and brief property management and emergency responders as needed.
