Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document visitor and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrols.
