Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Driving) in Saint Paul, MN. You’ll provide security for multiple sites, patrol areas, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1 year of security experience, and the ability to work a day schedule. CPR is preferred, and background checks and drug testing are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Applicants subject to background check as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, report unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities.
