Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of business areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security activities.
