Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and access‑control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events with calm, professional actions.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports and communicate information to leadership.
