Job summary

Allied Universal, a leader in security services, seeks a Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Charlotte, NC. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents across commercial real estate sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings and parking facilities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs and patrol documentation as required.
