• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by company policy.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned locations, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other security-related documentation.
