Allied Universal in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver to protect clients across commercial real estate and other sites. You will drive patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist tenants and visitors, and respond to security concerns with professional, courteous service.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background and drug screens.

• Conduct regular patrols of property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious behavior.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.

As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, and report suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Unified driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
