Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to parking facility patrons, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and security equipment; report issues to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate with leadership and responders.
