Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Qualified applications with criminal histories will be considered in line with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to parking patrons, visitors and staff; follow site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities and surroundings.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and hazards per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally; contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports; relay information to site representatives.
