Job summary

Allied Universal in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Security Officer Patrol Driver to serve clients across multiple sectors. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, respond to alarms, and assist with deterring security incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time, driving role requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within a supportive, safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-oriented manner, following site procedures.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations to leadership and site representatives.
