Job summary

Allied Universal in West Chester, OH is seeking an unarmed part-time Security Officer to protect clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will patrol, monitor access, provide customer service, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

This role offers flexible day/evening shifts with a pay rate of $18.08 per hour and opportunities for training, growth, and benefits through the Perks Program.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter incidents and identify issues.
• Monitor access points and enforce site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor vehicle, visitor, and contractor access in accordance with site requirements; document observations, incidents, and completed patrols accurately.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and operational needs.
