Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite training and professional development to educators, focusing on MTSS and assessment implementation. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in education-related fields and a teaching/administration background with experience delivering PD to educators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years experience administering and interpreting preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 measures.

Responsibilities

• 60% Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite and web-based formats.
• 15% Collaborate with Pearson internal teams to stay current on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• 15% Plan and travel independently as required.
• 10% Work with customers to understand specific training needs and tailor PD sessions accordingly.
