Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role requires leadership in MTSS and assessment implementation, with extensive travel during peak season and a focus on data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in educational leadership, professional development delivery, and comfort with diverse PD formats.

Qualifications

• Requires master's degree in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of admin/assessment interpretation experience.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators across formats.
• Test administration and scoring with K-12 measures preferred.
• Experience with aimswebPlus, DRA3, and related tools is preferred.
• Expertise in educational technologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or web-based.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal teams on product releases and PD updates; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently to fulfill training needs.
• Work with customers to assess training needs and adapt content accordingly.
