St. Louis Children’s and KVC Health Systems is seeking a Group Therapist to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic services within our youth residential and outpatient programs in Missouri.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a treatment team to support the emotional well-being of children and teens. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in social work, family therapy, or counseling, with an active license in LMSW/LSW/LSCSW/LCSW or LMFT/LCPC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Family Therapy or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Licensed in at least one state license such as LMSW/LSCW/LSCSW/LCSW/LPC/LCPC/LMFT/LCMFT.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual, group and family therapy.
• Participates as a part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Completes required documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, monthly assessments and session notes.
• Enter documentation accurately and timely per KVC Missouri guidelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintains compliance with state, federal and licensure guidelines.
