Responsibilities

• Provides basic to intermediate-level mechanical repairs on transit buses as assigned by the supervisor.
• Remove and replace broken components on diesel/electric buses as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete assigned work orders and submit them to the supervisor for approval.
• Ensure work progress is approved before starting the next task.
• Assist FT technicians with scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
