The Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Training Coordinator to support planning, designing, and evaluating training programs for HIV-related topics in the Philadelphia EMA. This role focuses on distance-based learning, materials development, and data tracking.

Responsibilities include identifying training materials, assisting with data collection and evaluation, coordinating statewide trainings, and collaborating with clinicians, program administrators, and funders to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Education, Public Health or closely related field or equivalent level of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials to meet training audience needs and conduct literature searches on HIV-related topics.
• Assist in data collection and evaluation of training processes and outcomes.
• Support coordination of statewide trainings for Pennsylvania and other partners.
• Review HIV literature to update training content and resources.
• Collaborate with the training team and funders to meet program goals.
• Plan and manage the delivery of distance-based learning and training activities.
• Organize training materials, agendas, and attendance records.
• Assist outreach to boost participation in HIV prevention and care training.
• Other duties as assigned.
