Job summary

NASCAR Event Management is seeking a Part-Time Track Services Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison among track services, racetrack operations, NASCAR competition, and race control. This remote role coordinates operations and logistics for NASCAR Track Services, ensuring equipment readiness and rapid incident response.

The position travels up to 90% during the race season, including weekends, and involves training track personnel, leading on-track repairs and drying, and coordinating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years in a fast-paced environment.
• Motorsports experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and drive at high speeds during incidents.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between NASCAR competition and racetracks for track services and operations.
• Respond to on-track incidents during practice, qualifiers, and races.
• Lead on-track cleanup, restoration, fire/EMS response, and track drying.
• Conduct daily Track Services meetings and participate in pre/post-event training.
• Inspect tracks and equipment for safety and standards compliance.
• Complete reports and assist with projects and logistics.
