Qualifications

• Previous professional baking experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourdough fermentation.
• Reliable, organized, and hardworking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Someone who genuinely loves bread.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, folding, shaping, scoring & baking sourdough.
• Preparing and scaling dough accurately.
• Monitoring fermentation and proofing.

• Helping with other bakery prep and production as needed.
