You will join a small, owner-operated team focused on high-quality, seasonal ingredients. Weekend/holiday availability is required while opportunities to learn more about pastry techniques and bread making are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in the restaurant industry preferred but not required.
• 5am start time availability and weekend/holiday availability required.
• Knowledge of baking techniques; sourdough knowledge a plus.
• Ability to read and follow recipes; basic culinary math skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, and work in a kitchen with allergens.

Responsibilities

• Bake multiple types of sourdough and yeasted breads daily.
• Daily pastry production.
• Learn and maintain bread recipes, techniques, and standards.
• Read and adhere to cleaning and safety protocols.
• Work with team to create specials and specialty items.
