Responsibilities

• Record management: organize and maintain scanned records for easy access.
• Document management: file and organize documents for title processes.
• Mail processing: handle inbound/outbound mail efficiently.
• Listing maintenance: keep listings accurate per Purple Wave standards.
• Document organization: keep files well-organized and accessible.
• Quality control: review listings for accuracy and consistency.
• Title processing: update title documents in internal systems.
• Interdepartmental communication: coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
• Adaptability: learn new tasks and take on additional duties as needed.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
