• Perform lien/UCC searches for assets to ensure proper transfer of ownership and payoffs to lenders or third parties.
• Handle administrative duties including data entry, title tracking, filing, scanning and shredding.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect, review and process titles and related documents (bills of sale, powers of attorney) for marketplace transactions.
