Troon Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, FL is seeking a part-time Tiki Bar Line Cook who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will contribute to food production, sanitation, and timely order expediting while supporting banquet functions.

Qualifications

• Associates Culinary Degree and 2 years of Culinary Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SERV Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain standards in food production and quality.
• Expedite orders promptly.
• Practice excellent operational sanitation.
• Execute scheduled banquet functions.
• Maintain a professional relationship with fellow associates.
• Help reduce loss/waste.
• Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef.
• Actively participate in training efforts.
• Incorporate safe work practices in performance.
• Check and date deliveries; report variances to chef in charge.
• Verify coolers are at proper temperatures and cleaned daily.
• Process inventory requisition and receive supplies as needed.
• Prepare proper amount of food per production plans.
• Prepare items according to recipes for consistent product.
