Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a part-time therapist to lead direct social services interventions for patients and their families within an acute care setting that includes inpatient, residential, and intensive outpatient services.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, apply CBT/DBT or family therapy, develop treatment plans, document progress, and ensure compliance with ethical standards while supporting system-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Licensed or in-training as LPC-IT / MFT-TL or APSW in state practice.
• Experience in health care or psychiatric settings preferred.
• Substance use credentialing may be required for certain programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Ensure ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
