Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Nashville seeks a Behavior Specialist to support CBT interventions within our treatment programs. You will assess behavior, design individualized plans, train patients and care partners, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.

The role involves delivering cognitive-behavioral services, documenting outcomes, and participating in supervision to ensure high-quality care. PRN coverage supports clinic open hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field).
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) for Addiction Recovery programs.
• CBT experience (12 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver CBT interventions under clinical leader supervision.
• Assess behavior function and develop individualized plans.
• Document services and patient progress in the medical record.
• Provide training to patients and support persons; participate in team meetings.
