Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or equivalent leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Attend and supervise staff; enforce theatre policies consistently.
• Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain ROM and safety standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff with GM/Assistant Manager oversight.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile daily receipts from various payment types.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and guest satisfaction; handle emergencies as needed.
• Maintain dress code compliance and manage costs, including inventory and supplies.
