Job summary

Pearson VUE in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Test Administrator to support secure exam delivery and customer service in a quiet testing environment. This is a part-time, on-site role with 15–19 hours weekly and shifts that vary; schedules are posted at least two weeks in advance.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus accrued paid sick time, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed. Primary duties include candidate check-in, ID verification, and exam proctoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards.
• Other duties assigned.
