Job summary

Pearson VUE in Lancaster, PA is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator to join our secure exam delivery team. This on-site role focuses on welcoming candidates, checking IDs, proctoring exams, and ensuring a calm, professional testing environment.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with flexible shifts Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 15–19 hours weekly, and occasional additional hours as needed. Experience in customer service and basic Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning keyboards after exams.
• Adhere to testing procedures and company policies.
