Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator for our St. Louis, MO location. You’ll ensure secure exam delivery, verify candidate IDs, and guide test-takers through the process in a quiet environment.

The role requires high school completion, 1+ year of customer service, and proctoring experience is preferred. Flexible hours, 2 Saturdays/month, 5–15 hours weekly; on-site work with benefits like accrued sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs with accommodation.
• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, explain exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Complete light housekeeping and sanitize equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
