Job summary

Pearson VUE, the global leader in computer-based testing, is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Philadelphia, PA, at 1800 John F Kennedy Blvd. You will ensure secure exam delivery and deliver superior customer service in a courteous setting.

Hours are 10-19 per week with shifts Mon-Sat 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, occasional additional hours. Starting pay is $17.75 per hour plus accrued paid sick time. Prior testing or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each examination.
• Other duties as assigned
