Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a regular part-time Test Administrator for our Philadelphia, PA center. You will ensure secure exam delivery and provide excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment. This role is 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday–Saturday.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, with benefits eligibility from hire date and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior test administration or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred.
• Able to sit for long periods; able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Check in testing candidates and verify identification.
• Proctor / invigilate exam sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams.
• Perform light housekeeping in testing area.
• Explain the exam process to candidates.
