Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator to join our team in San Dimas, CA, at 140 Via Verde, San Dimas 91773. Starting pay is $19.47 per hour. The role focuses on secure exam delivery and exceptional customer service in a quiet testing environment.

Responsibilities include candidate check-in, ID verification, proctoring, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. Flexible shifts, 10–15 hours per week, with potential additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a quiet testing environment.
• Check in candidates, verify IDs, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during testing.
• Troubleshoot with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the testing room.
