Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out screening procedures and site policies.
• Screen passengers, baggage, supplies, and/or authorized personnel using screening equipment and procedures; identify prohibited items or policy violations.
• Verify credentials, access authorizations, and required documentation for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, access points, terminals, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
