Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, crew members, visitors, and/or clients while carrying out screening procedures and site-specific policies.
• Screen passengers, carry-on items, baggage, and/or supplies in accordance with procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points, identify prohibited items, and report concerns through established channels.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and perimeter locations; conditions vary by site.
